Pre-sealing Machine Vacuum Sealer for Pouch Cell Lab Research
Brief Introduction
STC-BYF-200 is used for vacuum hot sealing after electrolyte diffusion of pouch cell Li-ion batteries. It controls the main vacuum pumping box and pneumatic heat sealing components to automatically complete the vacuum heat sealing of aluminum laminated film battery case. Touch screen operation makes it high automation.

• Copper material sealing head with good heat transfer effect to save power consumption and improve work efficiency, more energy-saving.
• Upper and lower sealing head temperature can be adjusted separately and digital display.
• Through perspective window to observe the changes inside the chamber during work.
• This equipment is applicable for different sizes of batteries and easy to regulate.
• Split design of sealing unit and control unit makes the equipment can work either in the glove box or the production line. KF40 feedthrough and tubes are included to allow using into glovebox.
